There aren't many goats that get news coverage for the kind of things Goatee does. First surfing, then being taken into custody for wandering where she shouldn't. Now for making bail.
Goatee and her kids, Shell, Grover and Pismo are free today. We'll fill you in on how the release went down, and have more on this crazy story tonight on our news at 5 and 6.

Wine, Waves and Beyond announced surf flicks for surf night

the surf movies Groundsweel and Thicker Than Water will kick off the 4th Annual Wine Waves & Beyond Central Coast Longboard Surf Classic.
The four-day event begins with Surf Movie Night at the Fremont Theatre in downtown San Luis Obispo on Thursday, May 30 at 6:30pm.

It's almost time for Blues baseball and the San Luis Blues is kicking things off with a pre-season fundraiser Wednesday at Central Coast Brewing.
There is no entry fee to the event from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. but a portion of all sales during that time will be donated back to the Blues.

Marianne Talley Fun-Run organizers plan full day of events for 20th anniversary
